Service Description

Sugar Spring Ranch is located just minutes from downtown St. Louis in Columbia, Illinois. Come take a tour to see the charming scenery featuring rolling hills, woodlands, a private lake, and of course, the perfect red barn. Our rustic red barn is 8000 square feet, accommodates up to 300 guests, and is climate-controlled, making it perfect for any season. The Ranch specializes in hosting continuous itineraries with the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at one location! This venue is the ideal "one stop shop" for your most special day! Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM. However, an appointment must be made to view the venue. What To Know Before Your Tour: Please invite those important in your decision making process to your tour. One private tour is offered to each couple. Our team is on site by appointment only, if for any reason you need to reschedule your tour, we kindly request a call to let us know prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a 48 hour notice by phone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule this reservation. You may call 618-281-2276 or email events@sugarspringranch.com. We allow a 10 minute grace period for each reservation. If time surpasses the grace period, the appointment will need to be rescheduled due to time restraints.
