Sugar Spring Manor was built in 1852 and is now the perfect place to get away. Set in the countryside of Waterloo, Illinois, guests can enjoy the privacy of the picturesque propety while being close by to shopping centers, a variety of restaurants, and unique entertainment experiences.

- A Private Honeymoon Cabin for Two, with a King Bed and Private Bathroom. Sleeps 2 Guests.
- Three Private Bedrooms, Each with a Private Bathroom. Each Private Bedroom Sleep 2 Guests. There is One Private Bedroom with a King Bed and Two Private Bedrooms with Queen Beds.
- Two Shared Bedrooms, With A Spacious Shared Bathroom for Each Suite. There is One Shared Bedroom with One Queen Bed and Two Double Beds, that Sleeps 6. The Other Shared Bedroom has One Queen Bed & One Double Bed, that Sleeps 4.
- Large Common Area & Grand Kitchen, with a Nearby Powder Room
- Spacious Outdoor Courtyard

- All Guests Must Be 18 Years of Age or Older

- No Smoking or Vaping of Any Kind is Permitted Indoors
- Two Night Minimum
- No House Parties, Weddings, or Other Celebrations of Any Kind.
- A Maximum of 18 Guests May Be On Property.

- A 50% Deposit & Signed Agreement is Required to Secure A Lodging Reservation.
- The Remaining Balance Must Be Paid 30 Days Prior to Arrival
- We Can Accept Cash by Appointment Only, Credit Cards with a 3.5% Processing Fee, & Checks

Cancellations:
- All Payments Are Non-Refundable Under Any And All Circumstances.
- A Written Notice of Cancellation Must Be Received At Least 48 Hours Prior to the Final Balance Due Date To Avoid Client Being Charged the Full Amount. This Written Notice Must Be Emailed to,

EXCLUSIVE OFFER FOR SUGAR SPRING WEDDING COUPLES

For those wedding couples with a reception reservation secured at either Sugar Spring Ranch or Sugar Spring South, we invite you to host your rehearsal dinner at Sugar Spring Manor.
You may have up to 50 people in total on the property for a maximum of 3 hours.
The rehearsal dinner can be held in our event space, The Verandah, or in our outoor event space, The Courtyard.
We will set The Verandah with tables, chairs, and linens. You may supply your own food and beverages.
For those couples that would prefer a full service rehearsal dinner option, please visit our Private Events page. We can add on any of these packages to your stay at The Manor. This would allow your entire party to sit back, relax, and enjoy your wedding weekdnd to the fullest potential.

Sugar Spring Wedding Couples will also recieve access to The Suite at Sugar Spring Manor. This is detached from the main home and offers additional space for your wedding party to prepare for your special day!
